Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.


You can cancel your Service(s) subscription and claim refund within seven (7) days from the date of beginning of the subscription, after completion of seven (7) days YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE(S) FEE AT ANY TIME. Besides, if something unexpected happens in the course of completing a Transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your Transaction or terminate your access to Services for any reason; if we cancel your Transaction or your access to Services, we’ll refund any pro-rata payment you have already remitted to us for such Transaction or access to Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, after completion seven (7) days from the date of beginning of subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time, upon such cancellation, you can still use the applicable paid service until the end of the terms you paid for. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then-current subscription period.

We will also allow refund under the following circumstances:

1. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error

2. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time

3. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion

We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem. If for any reason, our customer support team confirms a refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.
We take our customer's feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.


We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.


The complete refund process normally takes about 5-10 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
