Don’t worry—we’ll remind you before your trial expires to avoid interruptions. ⬐ Can I change my plan later? Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your business needs. ⬐ How secure is my financial information? We use industry-leading security measures to protect your data. All financial transactions are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment platform. ⬐ What if I need help during the trial? Our dedicated support team is available to assist you every step of the way. No, the cost of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is not included in our bookkeeping plans. If you don’t have a subscription, we’ll help you set one up and bill you separately for the software at the standard rate. By separating software costs, we ensure that clients only pay for what they need, avoiding unnecessary charges.
Free Trial Terms and Conditions ⬐ Eligibility The free trial is available to new clients only and is limited to one trial per business entity. Clients must provide valid banking information to enroll in the free trial. ⬐ Scope of Services The free trial includes bookkeeping services for one month of financial transactions. VAT filing, HMRC submissions, and historical bookkeeping beyond the one-month trial period are excluded. Additional services not included in the trial may be available at an additional cost. ⬐ Accounting Software Costs Existing Subscriptions: If a client has an existing accounting software subscription (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), BondEsq Accounting & Bookkeeping Services will use the client’s subscription to perform bookkeeping services. No additional charges for the software will apply unless upgrades or additional licenses are required. New Subscriptions: For clients without an existing subscription, BondEsq will set up the necessary accounting software subscription on behalf of the client. The cost of the subscription will be billed separately to the client at the prevailing rates. Billing and Payment: Software subscription costs will be invoiced directly to the client. Any administrative fees for managing the subscription will be communicated clearly at the start of the engagement. Flexibility: Clients may choose to manage their own subscriptions independently. However, BondEsq reserves the right to request appropriate access to ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance. ⬐ Subscription Conversion At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a 12-month paid plan based on the plan you selected during sign-up. The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your provided bank account unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. ⬐ Immediate Purchase Option Clients may choose to bypass the free trial and subscribe immediately to any of our 12-month plans. A 5% discount is available for clients who opt to subscribe to the yearly plan immediately without a trial. Immediate subscribers gain access to additional benefits such as priority support or one-time complimentary VAT filing (based on the selected plan). ⬐ Cancellation Policy You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period to avoid charges. To cancel, email us no less than 2 BUSINESS DAYS at info@bondesq.com before the trial expires. No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the trial period ends. ⬐ Payment and Billing Payment for the subscription will be automatically debited from your bank account on the first day following the trial period. By providing your banking information, you authorise us to charge your account as outlined. ⬐ Termination We reserve the right to terminate the free trial or your subscription for violations of these Terms or misuse of the services. ⬐ Limitations of Liability BondEsq Accounting & Bookkeeping Services is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of services during the free trial period.
