1. Who we are

This website is operated by BondEsq Accounting & Bookkeeping Services Ltd.

In this Accessibility Statement, “BondEsq”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BondEsq Accounting & Bookkeeping Services Ltd.

If you have questions about accessibility on this website, contact us at info@bondesq.com.

2. Our accessibility commitment

BondEsq wants its website to be clear, readable and usable for as many people as possible.

We believe accessibility supports the way BondEsq wants to communicate: human, clear, practical and easy to understand.

  • We aim to use clear page structures.
  • We aim to keep text readable and easy to follow.
  • We aim to make navigation consistent.
  • We aim to make the website work across different screen sizes.
  • We aim to improve accessibility as the 2026 website rebuild continues.

3. Accessibility standard we aim to follow

As part of the 2026 website rebuild, BondEsq aims to follow recognised accessibility principles where reasonably possible, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

We aim to align with WCAG 2.2 AA principles over time. These guidelines are based around making content:

  • Perceivable — information should be presented in ways users can recognise and access.
  • Operable — users should be able to navigate and interact with the website.
  • Understandable — content and functions should be clear and predictable.
  • Robust — content should work with a range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

BondEsq has not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit of the entire website. This statement is based on our current rebuild work, internal checks and ongoing improvements.

4. What users should be able to do

We want visitors to be able to:

  • navigate the website using consistent menus and links;
  • read content clearly on desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
  • zoom in without the layout becoming unusable where reasonably possible;
  • scan pages using headings, cards and structured sections;
  • use buttons and links with clear labels;
  • understand where a link or button will take them;
  • access key contact information;
  • use the website without unnecessary visual clutter;
  • report issues where something is difficult to use or access.

5. Accessibility improvements in the 2026 rebuild

The 2026 BondEsq website rebuild has focused on improving clarity, usability and structure across the site.

Improvements include:

  • consistent header, navigation and footer structure;
  • clearer page headings and section hierarchy;
  • Inter font used consistently across the website;
  • stronger text readability and spacing;
  • more consistent buttons and calls to action;
  • mobile-first layouts and responsive sections;
  • cleaner card-based content structures;
  • FAQ sections that are easier to scan;
  • reduced clutter and more direct page journeys;
  • improved contrast in key areas using BondEsq blue, white and orange carefully.

6. Known limitations and areas still being improved

BondEsq is actively rebuilding and improving the website. Some parts of the website may still need further review, testing or improvement.

Possible limitations may include:

  • older pages that have not yet been fully rebuilt into the 2026 structure;
  • older PDFs, guides or downloadable resources that may not yet be fully accessible;
  • third-party tools or embedded content outside BondEsq’s full control;
  • images that may need further review for alternative text;
  • legacy content, code or layouts that may not yet match the latest page standards;
  • forms or booking tools that may be controlled partly by external providers;
  • interactive elements that may require further testing with assistive technologies.

We are working through the website as part of the wider 2026 rebuild and will continue making improvements where reasonably possible.

7. Third-party tools and external platforms

The BondEsq website may use third-party tools, links or embedded services, such as booking tools, forms, analytics, CRM/email tools, social platforms or external resources.

These tools may have their own accessibility standards, limitations, designs, scripts or controls. BondEsq may not be able to fully control how those third-party tools behave for every user.

If a third-party tool creates an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will review whether there is a reasonable alternative way to help.

8. Downloadable documents, PDFs and templates

BondEsq may provide downloadable PDFs, guides, checklists, spreadsheets, templates and other resources.

Some older or downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible for all users or assistive technologies.

As new 2026 resources are created, BondEsq aims to improve document structure, readability, layout and clarity where reasonably possible.

If you need help accessing a downloadable resource, contact us and we will try to provide support or an alternative format where reasonably possible.

9. Testing and review

BondEsq has not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit of the entire website.

Accessibility review may include:

  • manual page checks;
  • layout and mobile usability checks;
  • heading and content structure checks;
  • colour contrast checks;
  • keyboard navigation checks;
  • review of forms, links and buttons;
  • feedback from users who report issues.

This statement will be reviewed as the website continues to develop.

10. Feedback and contact

If you find any part of the website difficult to use, difficult to read, hard to navigate or inaccessible, please contact BondEsq.

When reporting an issue, it helps if you include:

  • the page URL;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • what went wrong;
  • the device and browser you were using;
  • whether you were using assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing that information;
  • the format you need the information in, where relevant.

Email: info@bondesq.com

We will review accessibility feedback and aim to respond as clearly and helpfully as possible.

11. Alternative formats

If you need information from the BondEsq website in a different format, contact us and explain what you need.

Where reasonably possible, we may try to provide information in a clearer or alternative format, depending on the content, the request and the practical steps required.

13. Changes to this Accessibility Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as the website rebuild continues, as accessibility improvements are made, or as website tools, layouts and resources change.

When we update this statement, we may change the “last updated” date shown on this page.
